CHEESE & CRACKERS KETO APPETIZER

A great keto pre-meal to get ready for your keto meal. Quick, easy and very tasty!

Keto cheese and crackers

 

INGREDIENTS

(4 Servings)

Crackers:

1 Cup of Almond Flour

1 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseeds

1 Tbsp + 1 tsp of Water

Pinch of Salt
Per serving:

1 oz of Cheddar Cheese

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F/175C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, salt and water.
  3. Place the dough on parchment paper and cover with a second piece of parchment paper. Use a hand roller or your hands to roll out the dough.
  4. Cut the dough into small square sand bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crackers turn golden brown.
  5. Enjoy with sliced cheese.
