CAPRESE STUFFED AVOCADOS

INGREDIENTS

2 Avocados
1/2 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Mini Mozzarella Balls
1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Scoop out a little bit of an avocado to create a deeper pit.
- Combine the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in a bowl, then transfer into the avocado.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to finish
