INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup of Blueberries

1/3 Cup of Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture in 4 silicon muffin cup and freeze for an hour.
